Abuse.
These instructions are designed to assist you with submitting an abuse report to Nulled LLC. For general Terms of Service violations, see below. Copyright claims go to our designated Copyright Agent under the DMCA and are handled under section 2 below.
1. Terms of Service Violations.
In the event that a customer of ours is violating our Terms of Service and you are directly affected, please email the relevant details to abuse@nulled.llc. Details should include:
1. Which section of our Terms of Service was violated and how it affected you.
2. Technical data showing the incident, with timestamps.
3. An IPv4 or IPv6 address linking back to IP space controlled by nulled LLC attached to the technical data.
A few examples of valid abuse reports are:
1. Denial of service attacks against your service.
2. Attempts to break into something you are running.
Passive scanning is not immediately considered abusive. There must be intent to do harm.
3. Email spam.
A few examples of report types we do not handle are:
1. Complaints about customer content that is not breaking US law.
2. DMCA requests.
These go to our designated Copyright Agent, not to our abuse address. See section 2 below.
3. Any issue not explicitly in violation of our Terms of Service, Privacy Statement, or Service Agreement.
If you are unsure whether or not your abuse report is valid, you can still email abuse@nulled.llc for guidance.
2. DMCA.
Nulled LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to our Copyright Agent as described below. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, We will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright protected content.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by us or by a third party who has uploaded materials to our website, please provide the following information to the designated Copyright Agent listed below:
1. A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
2. A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Site;
3. An address, telephone number, and email address where we can contact you and, if different, an email address where the alleged infringing party, if not we, can contact you;
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner or other intellectual property rights owner, by its agent, or by law;
5. A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
6. Your electronic or physical signature.
Nulled LLC may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event we remove the allegedly infringing materials, we will immediately notify the person responsible (if we maintain their email address in our records) for posting such materials that we removed or disabled access to the materials. We may also provide the responsible person with your email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.
