Terms of Service.

Thank you for being interested in nulled LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you commit to abide by the rules and regulations laid out in our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Acceptable Use Policy.

By using our services, you agree to adhere to these rules:

  • 1. No TOR Exit Nodes, Relays, and Bridges.

    These services often draw activities and legal issues that are not in line with our policies. Consequently, we disallow the use of these services on our platforms.

  • 2. No Unauthorized Distribution of Copyrighted Material.

    Unauthorized sharing of copyrighted material infringes copyright laws and is not permitted under our Acceptable Use Policy. Please refrain from sharing copyrighted content without the required permissions.

  • 3. No Spamming and Unsolicited Communications.

    Mass emailing and other forms of unwanted communications can tarnish our reputation. Therefore, by default, we block port 25 and other ports commonly used for email. Upon request and subsequent approval, we may unblock these for you.

  • 4. No Network and System Abuse.

    We prioritize maintaining a secure and stable environment for our users. Therefore, any form of network and system abuse is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • 1. Cryptocurrency Mining.

      Using our resources for cryptocurrency mining may adversely affect our services' performance for other users.

    • 2. Unauthorized Network Scanning or Probing.

      Attempting to access, test, or scan the security of other user accounts, our infrastructure, or third-party systems without authorization is forbidden.

    • 3. Excessive Use of Resources.

      The unreasonable consumption of system resources or bandwidth, to the detriment of other users, is not permitted.

2. Suspension and Termination of Services.

Should you violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services. This is a measure we consider seriously, and is necessary for the protection of our users and the quality of our services.

3. Backups and Prevention of Data Loss.

We, or anyone else, cannot assure complete protection against data loss. We strongly recommend that you regularly back up your data to safeguard against unexpected loss. You hold the responsibility for protecting your data.

4. Service Level Agreement.

We are committed to maintaining a 99.9% uptime for our services on an annual basis. Uptime is calculated as the percentage of total time within a given calendar month that our services are available and operational, excluding the following:

  • 1. Planned Maintenance.

    Scheduled maintenance periods, for which advance notice will be provided.

  • 2. Force Majeure Events.

    Downtime caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or network outages outside our infrastructure.

5. Privacy and Security.

We value your privacy and take security seriously. However, no system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access, data breaches, or other security incidents.

6. Age Requirements.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to utilize our services. In Illinois, this is 18 years of age.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction.

Our services are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois. By using our services, you agree to the jurisdiction of these governing bodies in the event of disputes or legal proceedings.

8. Limitations of Liability.

By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that nulled LLC will not be held accountable for any damages, losses, or disruptions that may occur as a result of using our services.

9. Reporting Violations.

If you come across any violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, don't hesitate to report them to us. You can do so by emailing us at: abuse@nulled.llc.

10. Revisions and Updates.

Our Terms of Service may change from time to time. We'll do our best to notify you of significant updates, but it's ultimately your responsibility to stay informed about any changes to our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
